These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Malleswari Tour & Travels services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Malleswari Tour & Travels provides car rental and transportation services throughout Andhra Pradesh and neighboring states. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Local transportation within city limits
  • Outstation trips and tours
  • Airport transfers
  • Corporate transportation
  • Wedding and event transportation
  • Tour packages

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Advance Booking

  • All bookings require advance confirmation through our website, phone, or authorized agents
  • Advance payment of 25% of the total fare is required for confirmation
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment
  • Balance payment can be made at the time of service completion

2.2 Booking Modifications

  • Changes to booking details must be communicated at least 24 hours before pickup time
  • Subject to vehicle availability, modifications will be accommodated
  • Additional charges may apply for significant changes in trip duration or distance

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Fare Structure

  • Pricing is based on vehicle type, duration, and distance
  • Local trips: Fixed hourly rates with kilometer limits
  • Outstation trips: Per kilometer charges with minimum distance requirements
  • Waiting charges apply beyond the included free time
  • Night charges (11 PM to 6 AM): 25% additional charge

3.2 Additional Charges

  • Toll charges: As per actual
  • Parking fees: As per actual
  • Driver allowance: Included in outstation trips
  • Interstate permits: As applicable
  • GST: As per government rates

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation

  • Free cancellation: 24 hours before pickup time
  • 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% of advance payment retained
  • Less than 12 hours: 100% of advance payment retained
  • No-show: Full booking amount charged

4.2 Company Cancellation

  • In case of vehicle breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangement will be provided
  • If alternative arrangement is not possible, full refund will be provided
  • Company liability is limited to the booking amount only

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop locations
  • Be present at pickup location at scheduled time
  • Carry valid photo identification
  • Inform about any route preferences or stops in advance
  • Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
  • No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities in the vehicle
  • Report any issues immediately to our customer service

6. Vehicle and Driver Standards

  • All vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected
  • Drivers are licensed, experienced, and background verified
  • Vehicles are equipped with necessary safety equipment
  • GPS tracking is enabled for customer safety
  • 24/7 customer support available during trips

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Company Liability

  • All vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance
  • Company liability is limited to insurance coverage amount
  • Not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle

7.2 Customer Liability

  • Customers are liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence
  • Any fines or penalties incurred during the trip are customer's responsibility
  • Lost or damaged vehicle accessories must be compensated

8. Force Majeure

Malleswari Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions, strikes, or bandhs
  • Accidents, road blocks, or infrastructure failures
  • Vehicle breakdown due to manufacturing defects

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Customer information is collected for service delivery purposes only
  • Personal data is protected and not shared with third parties
  • Trip data may be used for service improvement and analytics
  • Customers can request data deletion by contacting customer service

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes should be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • We strive to resolve all disputes amicably through discussion
  • If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to Guntur jurisdiction
  • Legal proceedings will be governed by Indian law

11. Amendments

Malleswari Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
